NextLevGrowth provides remote video editing services. The scope, deliverables, and deadlines are agreed upon via email or a formal contract before work begins.
Project quotes are provided after reviewing raw footage. A 50% upfront payment is required to begin work; the remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final edit. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no extra charge. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
The client must supply all necessary raw footage, brand assets, and a clear creative brief. Delays in providing feedback or materials may affect the project timeline.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final edited video. NextLevGrowth retains the right to use excerpts of the work in a portfolio/showreel unless a separate NDA is signed.
NextLevGrowth is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our videos. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If terminated by the client, payment for completed work is non‑refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
